Such a beautiful home with all the amenities you could ever dream of. Sparkling clean and seamless communication with property manager and hosts. We’ll definitely be coming back!

It was very clean, modern, and beautifully decorated both indoors and outdoors. Amenities were provided for. Sound system and lighting was impressive

We stayed at this amazing property and the pictures simply do not do it justice. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The amenities are top notch and every bit of detail is taken care of exquisitely. The host ensured our stay was comfortable and provided great recommendations for restaurants. We simply cannot overstate how wonderful this place is.

This villa is just simply stunning and absolutely beautiful in every way! The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking, the view of the mountains is something you’d literally never get bored of… and then the villa itself is high tech, modern - but it feels warm and comfortable. Every element has been really well thought out and every piece of furniture has been selected with care (and great taste) Is it weird to mention how high quality the toilet paper is?…. It’s getting mentioned anyway! 😆 it’s like angels are wiping your tush! But it just shows every single element of this villa is quality! This was the third villa we booked for our trip to PS (upgrading each time) and it’s worth every penny! We spent 10 days at Casa simms… and we didn’t want to leave!

The only downside of this property is the outdoor music restrictions (which are enforced by the city) This is not the owners choice… but having such strict rules is a bit stressful when you’re on holiday. If you’re planning PS and don’t know about the rules check them out (we don’t know when we originally booked our flights - but we still had a wonderful holiday!)

Such an amazing stay! Check in was flawless thanks to Lars, the property manager who was fantastic to work with. The house was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the mountains! Fabulous attention to detail both inside and out. The house was perfect for our family as it provided plenty of space and privacy for my husband, myself and our three adult children. The outside amenities were spectacular with the pool/hot tub, various games and putting green! (Our kids who are all in their 20's were just as happy staying home vs joining us for all of the activities we had planned!) The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and Lars was super helpful in providing information regarding grocery stores, markets, coffee shops, etc. (Highly recommend Koffi Coffee!) We travel often and rent many homes, this was hands down one of our favorites! Thank you Josh, Mackie and Lars for hosting such a wonderful family vacation! We hope you will have us back for many years to come.
