Lovely clean spacious accommodation

The only negative was that we would have to expected the hot tub to have been filled and ready to use so we lost the first nights use

The communication and recommendations from Silver were excellent! The location was close (walking distance) to everything in Chania. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of storage and comfortable furniture.

The water temperature fluctuates but the problem was dealt with well.

What I liked most was the exceptional location and the outstanding views, which were truly the highlight of the stay. The apartment overall left a very positive impression, and despite some challenges, it remains an excellent place primarily because of where it is situated. Two of the most famous bougatza places were also less than three minutes walking distance, which was a great added bonus. Taking into consideration the central location, even the parking situation, although requiring a lot of patience, was manageable and somewhat expected.

What I did not like was that the apartment did not have a washing machine even though it was listed among the amenities, and the space felt smaller than what the images portrayed. The layout was also surprising, as you enter directly into the bedroom rather than a living area. The entrance through an alley can feel quite dark at night, and the building itself resembles an older office block with narrow elevators. Additionally, during the last two days the hot water was inconsistent, switching on and off.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, has an elevator. It has a view of the city and the mountain, and the sea is partially visible. The place is clean, comfortable big bed and everything you need for your stay. It is close to the bus station, the port and many shops and restaurants. The communication with the hosts is very good and they respond quickly.

I didn't like that it was rainy and cold on the day of our arrival. When we got to the apartment around 8pm it was cold, it would have been nice if they had turned on the air conditioning. There was also a problem with the hot water, but the next day everything was fine. and the jacuzzi doesn't work in the winter.Apart from that, it went very well, we liked it😃

Location and room sizes.

No bedding available for the couch bed. No tea/coffee/water or dish soap provided. Public building access (security issue). Budges chirping in the hallway for the duration. Dead pets (budgie and hamster) in cages on same floor for days. Garbage and left over pizza in hallway for 3 days duration. Reported & dead pets & garbage in hallway several times. A sad experience. Unfortunate and unnecessary. Disappointed. Have asked for a refund. No response to request.
