Anele Luxury Suites - Roof Top Jacuzzi

The apartment was nice and spacious. We asked for the baby cot, which we didn't get the first day due to misunderstanding, but they provided it the day after. Lovely yacuzzi, nice view and good location.

Very very difficult to find the building. The email we received from the host had the wrong address. Luckily the address ia correct on booking. However they could explain better hpw to get there as we entered a couple of buildings before finding ours thanks to a local telling us. Pillows were too thick for our liking, but that's taste. The apartment could have been a bit better cleaned, but nothing bad. Communication with the host could have been better (we were asked if we needed a ride from the airport and we said yes, but then no answer and no booking for us, we asked to organise another ride and again no answer, mostly automated messages) lack of physical presence was a minus for us.

felt like a scam !! i highly don't recommend it . We paid for 2 nights for an apartment with hot tub , the hot tub was extremely cold , i immediate call the host ( that i never met since we check in without anyone ) and he told me ; i dont know why , go search at youtube how to change it , when i told him that its not my job to do that and i dont feel comfortable , he said he will find the owner and call me back . he never did ! i searched at youtube how to fix the problem and hot tub was fuctional the last 12 hours of our 48 stay when i pay for something for 48 hours and they deliver 12 , i feel its a scam old building with people that just because they bought cheap hot tubs , they charge 3 times more and dont even care to make them work !

Great location close to everything town center, harbor, bus station. Good air conditioning. Cleaning lady polite. No check in and check out processess. Access codes to get in to the building and the apartment for convenience and safety.

first night bad behavior from manager due to a misunderstanding (next day apology), there was a hole to the bathroom floor which was covered with the toilet brush base to hide it, problem with toilet & the hole to the bathroom floor they overflowed (maintenance was sent next day), not enough toiletries (shampoos and shower gels) only one time refill, towels change only one time in a whole 7 day stay. apartment code at first was long and would expire every day (but later was changed shortened and kept for the whole stay)

The location was 10/10! Right in the centre of everything we didn’t need a taxi unless getting to and from the aiprort / special beaches which we did once. The apartment itself was stunning ! The jacuzzi & balcony were a bonus. The place was really clean.

Beautifully decorated modern studio apartment on fifth floor of a building just above the old town of Chania, very close to the bus station and an easy walk to the charming old town of Chania. Great views over the city . Very comfortable with lots of space and a very well equipped kitchen. Fabulous hot tub on the balcony, which really made the stay luxurious! Maria organised an early taxi transfer to the airport for us, which went like clockwork. Check in and check out went completely smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very helpful, and called me to help with early check-in. The apartment was spacious and clean with a nice view towards the old city and the sea. Close to the old city and the bus station.

The lobby door was locked during the night, and no prior instructions how to unlock it, had to figure that out by ourselves.

Whole place was lovely. Hot tub was a real winner. Good views from the balcony.

Hard to find. Entrance via a tired mall. Apartment building undergoing renovation so noisy at times

Everything was so nice and clean. The jacuzzi was perfect
