Good location , very well equipped and clean

The location and views around it is amazing.

Firstly, communication from the property administrator was very slow. One of the first messages I sent wasn't answered until a month later. I also contacted them before our stay to ask for more details about the BBQ facilities, but never received a reply. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and straightforward. However, there was no information provided regarding parking arrangements. The property itself had a strange, strong chlorine smell. Overall, it appeared clean, but there were crumbs left in some of the cupboards. My friends also found a full bin of rubbish from previous guests that had not been emptied. We were provided with only one towel per person for the entire weekend stay, which was not sufficient, especially as the towels didn't dry properly between uses. In terms of facilities, we used the BBQ area, which was functional but clearly not well maintained. There was mess left behind by previous guests, which we ended up cleaning ourselves. The hot tub was only open from 9am to 3pm, so we never had the opportunity to use it. It was usually busy in the mornings, and during the day we were out in the mountains. It would have been much more useful if it had been available in the evenings, but it was closed after 3pm. The site also advertised a gym and an outdoor jacuzzi, but both were out of order during our stay. We were not informed of this before arrival or at the time of booking. The check-in and check-out times were also very inconvenient. Check-in was not until 4pm, while check-out was at 10am, which significantly reduced the amount of time we could enjoy the property. Overall, the stay was okay, but considering the price we paid, I believe there are much better options available. The property has potential, but improvements in communication, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest information would make a significant difference.

Stunning location with beautiful views. Lodge was nice and clean with nice bathroom.

The accommodation was advertised as having sauna and gym. When we arrived it said "out of service". We were told it was closed down over a year ago. The jacuzzi was set to 35°C, so very cool and disappointing. Bed uncomfortable

Super location great place to stay spotless and peaceful after a busy day walking

The location was great. The place would be good for a very short stay and for a couple.

Needs a bit of TLC, lots of marks on the walls/ drill holes showing etc and not finished to a very high standard; lacking simple things like wooden spoons, big bowls etc. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The bedroom door is a fire door which was very heavy and quite dangerous with a toddler. Our front foor step felt flimsy and dangerous and the door latch was broken so we couldn't hold the door open in the heatwave.

Accommodation was clean and very well equipped.

Some areas of the complex could do with a freshen up like the outdoor hot tub area.
