Owner was friendly and willing to give some time for the payment. communication was good. Clean rooms and bathroom. Parking is in front of the rooms.

Booking.com said no payment needed and cancellation can be done 2 days prior but owner wanted half payment within 24 hours. Not good experience and not flexible. Rooms and common area are small. No shower curtains in the bathroom...gets wet everywhere inside bathroom.
