I can’t say that there was anything that I didn’t like!

Just an outdated hotel that will do for a short-quick overnight stay. A bed to sleep on. A dark room to sleep. A pool- but if traveling with kids- 10am to 10 pm is not welcoming and disappointing to kids since we arrived at 9. Never had such late opening hours

Check in person rude. Argued that my 16 year old was an adult. The descriptions were completely wrong. Baymont is written on Priceline in 2 separate choices. 1 is 4 star and 1 is 2 star. Dry misleading description of “additional seating area with tv” The outdated decor didn’t bother me. Felt like I was in Big Brother with cameras everywhere. Room was freezing when we arrived. Never went to a hotel where the room was colder than outside in winter and staff usually turns on heat.

Room was large, staff came and fixed tv fast and ice mechine or said the ice mechine was fixed but it was too late for us, so we couldn't have ice with our drinks that night. Overall i was really excited to see the Jacuzzi then crushed because so many problems that didn't want to even try it and find out the bad it might have too.

Tv didn't work right away, needed help to fix. Shower and bathroom had hair through it. Shower curtain was too short in a walk out type Shower so water went all over bathroom floor, needed to be little longer to work well. Jacuzzi tub looked great but was scared to use after seeing how dirty the Shower was. No ice, staff said mechine was turned off and would take couple hours before we could get ice. If we come back! We will call first and ask about all these problems. Sounded like we had tons of kids upstairs from us, having a lot of fun! So unfortunately it was very hard for us to sleep.

The room was clean and comfortable. They had great pillows. The hair dryer did not work. The batteries in the remote were dead but they gave me a new remote at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was a great place to get a good night sleep.

Location was perfect for visiting family in the area.

The room was dirty with napkins and paper around the beds. The pool area smelled terrible of mildew; there is no way we could use the pool with the smell.
