Traditional House with Amazing Veranda

I was happy staying in this place. I actually extended for another night. Spacious and near to centre. Abu Fouad and Fouad were very attentive to my needs. I recommend this place if you want to experience traditional Palestinian house and hospitality. I will surely book again for my next visit.

Shower water is in low gravity but not an issue.

the property is super comfortable, it is easy to reach on foot and the welcome is very good. the view from the veranda is spectacular and the room is spacious with many comforts! extremely clean

Kitchenette in annexe adjacent to the main building was full of character and well equipped for any food prep with a handy fridge freezer in lounge part of second bedroom apartment. Close to Manger Square en route to Milk Church Grotto about 10 minutes walk. Safe area at night as well and also about 15 minutes walk away from main thoroughfare of Bethlehem. There you will find endless eateries selling shwarmas, pizzas, KFC, icecreams and even boiled sweetcorn cobs boiled on the street. Careful when walking though as pavements are not very wide and roads can be narrow and busy. Great views can be had along the way.

Cool clothing needed as seething heat can rage. Need connection bus to connect to main bus-stop to get back to Jerusalem is directly outside KFC mall area, Bus fare costs approx 3- 5 5hekhels.......(cash preferred from Driver).

This is a lovely, traditional home in the heart of Bethlehem. The hosts could not have been more attentive to my needs. I would definitely return and stay there again.

it’s quaint with a lovely view. spacious and secure. The kitchen is very well stocked.

I enjoyed it all but for the 80 year old I was with the steps were hard going.

Beautiful ancient house, very kind and uncomplicated host, experience living like a local.

During some cold and rainy spring days it was a bit cold in the flat without heating, we discovered later that we could have asked the host for a heater.

Amazing location and fantastic view of Bethlehem and Jordan valley.
