Leam Terrace Escape

Fantastic house and great location. Very clean and comfortable. Only about a 10 minute walk into the lovely town. It was so nice, we booked again for another week!

The verification process was a bit confusing as I still got emails asking me to complete it even though I had done it. I think these can be ignored.

I had to contact Andrew on arrival, who was so helpful and didn't make you feel an inconvenience. The electronic key pad was our first experience rather than keys, and I thought this was a great idea. Instead of having a key box! I would highly recommend this accommodation, especially those who play Bowls. It was an approximate 25 minute walk to Victoria Park or 5 minutes in the car. Parking outside the property was not a problem, and not having to worry about a permit. Added bonus of a lovely pub opposite called 'The New Inn'. Very welcoming staff. Would certainly book this accommodation again.

impeccably decorated, spotlessly clean, all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. All beds were clean and comfortable and the house is situated in a quiet street within easy distance of Leamington and Warwick. The outdoor space is incredibly well maintained and parking is easily available on the street outside the property. Our host kept in touch throughout our stay sending clear instructions prior to arrival. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful location, lovely garden and kitchen facilities. Free on road parking, comfy beds.
