"Not pleased at all."

Never got to stay in the apartment as my booking was reportedly not received by the host.

Can’t say anything about the property as I never got to stay there. Was left distraught when I arrived at the apartment after an international flight and was told there was no booking confirmation for me. Despite booking up to 3 weeks before arrival and receiving a confirmation email. Host was not empathetic when I spoke with him over the phone. Was redirected to Booking.com and was left stranded till I managed to secure an alternative accommodation myself. Although customer service was able to look into my query after a long time, I still vividly remember the disappointment I got that day.
