I loved the aesthetic looks of the apartment, it felt like as If I was at the sea.

Some small appliances didn't function properly but it still does it's job

Loved that the bedding was 100% cotton which was great for staying cool in the warm weather. Spotless bathroom and lots of spare towels available. Essential toiletries & feminine hygiene products were a nice touch. Kitchen was tiny but had the essentials. Our organiser Ema was very helpful, attentive and quick to respond. Location was quiet and close to the mall / city centre. Had everything we needed for a great & peaceful stay!

We arrived at our booked location and found out we weren't getting the flat we thought. We were told it was no longer available at the time of booking but there was an alternative available in another location down the street which was very suspicious. We were left in a vulnerable position with no options besides the alternative, which was nerve wracking. The one we stayed in was smaller, with a balcony instead of a seating area inside the kitchen and a futon instead of a full bed, which was still comfortable but not what we were expecting. We were not offered a discount until I asked. The rest of the check-in process went smoothly besides this.
