Nice appartement but very bad host

Disappointed by the host sense of customer service by the host. Curtains in this appartement are a serious danger. My wife almost broke her nose as she opened one window. The curtain bar fall straight on her nose cause bleeding. We got scared. The hosted did not even say sorry for his negligence. Instead, he threatened to call the police. He thought we are making a scene. He was simply unhumane asking me to send picture of my wife with the wound open. After all, he never said sorry.

Communication was really good and clear before and after our stay. Accommodation was immaculate.

Location and stylish design- spacious and immaculately clean.

The sofa beds were uncomfortable for me. Too hard. Probably be fine for kids.

Lovely decor and cleanliness

The place is really comfortable and has everything you need for a break. Everything was very clean. It's much larger than the pictures. There's parking which is unusual in large cities.. Really good location. There's a small supermarket just across the road. There's also an Aldi and other shops around 5 - 8 mins walk away. Easy access to other areas of Manchester too. They even dropped off a fan as the weather was getting warmer. They did this without us asking . I hope we can make another trip

It’s location

Location was brilliant. Loads of space. Good communal area.

Some items broken- curtain pole, wardrobe drawer and the bed sofa in the living area (we were told about this one prior to our visit). There was also no milk when we were told there would be.
