Paradise in Ballito

The place was quiet and the pool was inviting.

I personally think that the kitchen utensils and crockery and cutlery needs to be upgraded. Netflix was not available which was not a very big problem as it was just 1 night however should you wish to book for a longer period and there are kids Netflix would have been essential as Netflix does not allow you to log into your accounts elsewhere.

Can't make noise(can't talk loud even if there's no radio) , whereas we were on vacation Ran out of gas while we were busy cooking WiFi not connecting in bedrooms, only connect in living room

The place was neatly set

Towels where stained and didn’t have much communication , we waited outside.The policy is to get a pin at 2pm messaged this was not done we waited more than 45 min with kids and our food outside .We had a huge storm that didn’t fullfill the purpose of stay , with no good will

The place is exactly what we see in bookings photo and the place extreme clean pools, everything was great only the fridge disappoint us it was working but don't want to be closed

Noisy level disappointed us
