The place was so peaceful and nice to relax.the beds so comfortable

Property was neat and clean. Loved the area its located in and the fun places to go to inside the complex. The unit had everything we needed. The only issue was that the water was cold after only one person had a shower.

Close to the airport

Rude maid treated guests like theives searched my kids' bag's . Was told to leave body wash as it's shared for other guests ( unhygienic) .kids couldn't use facilities when we not available as facial verification is needed . No aircons in room and fan wasn't working in main bedroom.but was extremely dissatisfied with how the maid treated guests .

Professionalism & Access control

The cleaner without a uniform. The instruction was that I leave the key in the lockbox. But cleaner (who was at the door already) said, no, leave it open. The fact that she was NOT in work uniform, I ended up guessing if I gave the keys to the right person.
