DEThe location is great and the view from the balcony or bedroom is also wonderful.
The check in process is complicated. The link with the complete information was deleted the day before we arrived and it didn't work when we were there so we needed to call when we arrived and they sent it after again. Anyway, we needed to find a garage, where they placed some kind of small key boxes, where you can get your key, using the code that they provide you. It was a little bit confusing, because we didn't know about the garage and on the phone, the guy couldn't explain it properly and only repeated about a link, that we didn't receive. The Internet was not working properly and the international call was a waste of money because he didn't help us. We tried to use the code at the door of the building but that does not work. You just need to get a normal key to open the door under the garage of the other building. It is an open garage for all the buildings there. The key boxes near our building were not working and a neighbour showed me another place on the other side with more key boxes. There was our key box. The same thing for the rubbish disposal. It is also under another building and the info was not correct. We founded it anyway. The apartment looks nice but there are also some complications with using the dishwasher or cooking. You have to press here or there before using the dishwasher and cooking. Once you find out it is okay. The bed is not hard enough on the sides and it falls down, so you can fall from the bed if you are not careful. The apartment was clean except for the kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery and air fryer which were quite dirty with a lot of grease and food scraps. You could even see all the stuck-on grease when you opened the drawer. We put everything in the dishwasher when we arrived. It was nice to be there but they need to improve
DEVery well located, everything in central Tromsø can be accessed by foot. Beautiful view (sometimes including northern lights) Apartment is new and very proper.
