Quiet and peaceful atmosphere

The bed was super comfy and surrounded by mosquito net. The air con is great too and it’s complete darkness when you close the curtains. It’s so quiet at night. No roosters or dogs waking you up. I got a really good sleep here. There’s a few cafes which are in walking distance (ish) and gojek is about 20 mins into Ubud. Close enough to everything but away from all the noise. Theres also a book full of tours and things to see with prices too which they can book for you. They can do your laundry as well. And they text while I was out asking if I’d like my room tidying which I thought was good :)

Nothing major, all things that can be fixed but; It took a while to get a lift to the property. My taxi driver and I were waiting around 30 minutes for them to come on a bike to help with my bags. The fridge was empty when I got there so I was without water for a bit, but I messaged them an someone dropped some off around 30 mins later :) There was no room service menu which I asked for, but never got. Which is fine because I just went out instead, but a morning coffee would’ve been nice. The toilet flush was a little temperamental. The towels weren’t very clean or they were stained. I didn’t get chance to use the pool but it looked a little dirty too, but that may be due to all the rain. However, the rest of the room was spotless! The door was broken so it was hard to open and lock shut. It was swinging off the hinges which meant there was also a large gap for bugs to get in. There’s no bin, so I had to use a cupboard to store my rubbish.

The villa listed was clean, the staff is very friendly, it is in good condition with good maintenance

I leave this rating, since we rented two nights and they left us only one, since they had a clash in the dates with other guests and they sent us to another villa in another place which needed a lot of maintenance and cleaning and the wifi did not work, this taking into account that we had reserved a month in advance and we lost an entire day of the reservation.

The view was nice and it was peaceful and the staff were nice.

I initially booked 26-31 dec for about A$450, I then changed my checkout date to the 29th, and they charged me the same price. The villa is not very well maintained. The shower was dirty and mouldy (as well as the walls of the main room). There were no hand soap or face towels provided. The whole room hadn't been swept/mopped properly. My bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty, and I don't think they had been changed. Same with the towels. The pool itself is not clean. Alot of limescale and what looks like rust. I was afraid to go in in case i caught something. Upon my arrival at 2pm, there were maintenance men working on the mechanics of the pool, which wasn't needed, and then two days later, they let themselves in again to work on the pool. It was a bit awkward since I hadn't requested this during my stay, and it should've been maintained prior to my arrival. There was also a little insect nest on the inner door of the fridge. There was quite a gap under the door to the outside, and at night, I had to block it off with a towel to stop the insects from coming in. It is also very far from the centre and there is no grab/gojek readily available. You need to book these in advance. Also, it is not accessible by car. It's a 4min walk from the main road. This place is way too expensive and it's not even maintained.

We loved everything, I can't believe it was so relaxing and beautiful place. It is perfect.

The rain 😜😂

The place is nice and clean but the issue we had was kinda frustrating as we had to change the room due to sudden maintenance -which was kind of illogical to us- but on general basis the place is above average and the staff are friendly and so helpful.

We arrived around midnight we were lost somehow and they managed to send us 2 staff members to pick us and guide us to the property since the location on google maps wasn't that accurate! Once arrived we were surprised with the fact that the property we rented was having maintenance and some water leaking was there -however no rain was there at all- Moreover, i was confirming my booking on whatsapp for the last couple of days and even the day of arrival on whatsapp with the place and they never mentioned any maintenance issues with the villa! Anyways, they offered another villa which was more of a room to me and with a shared pool instead of the private pool i had in my original booking! Although, they offered a complimentary breakfast to compensate us for such a situation.
