Vintage Guest House

Nato was an excellent host, always very responsive and caring. The breakfast she prepared for us on our last day (GEL 15 per person, as she communicated in advance) was awesome! The location of the guesthouse is also very good, quite central.

The baths were not very clean when we arrived. The bed/mattresses are not very comfortable and quite old. In the double room, there is no window.

The rooms was quiet and the people who run the place were kind.

The room was acceptable… But the toilet not very clean and had a broken glass shelf who is sharp enough edge to be dangerous. Taps were not in very good condition.

The owners, the location and the atmosphere were great

The staff was very friendly, and they had no issue with a late check-in. Great location.

The bathroom was in poor condition, with very little space to take a shower. The shower hose was leaking, and the water spilled out before it even reached the showerhead.

Great location and very cheap. The owner is super sweet and helpful. The old town is easily reached by foot. Overall great value for money!

It wasn't dirty but it wasn't spotless either. As per the description one of the rooms has no window.

We booked the room an hour in advance and had no problems with the check in. George and Nato even gave us a room upgrade. There was also the opportunity to wash our staff and we could leave our luggage at a safe place while we went for a multiple day hike :) George and Nato are just such amazing friendly hosts :)

Unfortunately the WIFI was not working around the bed area so we could not watch a movie while lying in bed :) And when it rains to much the toilet is leaking. but not the biggest problems :)

A great very spacious room, in a nicely decorated space, full of plants. The street is very quiet : perfect to sleep. Yet it's perfectly located to explore Tbilisi by walk. The host is very nice and accomodated my requests. I felt very comfortable and even extended my stay. I strongly recommend.

Nothing. Just upon arrival I followed Booking's location which had a wrong street number (it showed 17). Make sure to go to the number 10 of the street (there is no sign indicating the guest house).

It was not clean and there was no window, so no possibility of getting fresh air.
