Ru Retreat Weligama

The hosts and staff are very polite and hospitable. The house is new (I suppose), so all the furniture and equipment (air conditioner, refrigerator) are new and clean. There is also a very good kitchen with new utensils and everything you need. You can reach the center of Veligam in about 15 minutes on foot. If I ever stay in Veligam again, I will definitely prioritize staying here

We loved the place. Great location. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and very big. The owner is a lovely person and VERY helpful. Much recommended! FANTASTIC place!!!

Everything is new and clean

No toilet paper and water

My partner and I spent a month here and we were really sad when leaving. The hosts were super responsive and helped us with whatever we needed. The internet was nice and we could work from there. I totally recommend this place. If we come back to Sri Lanka we have no doubt on where to stay Thank you so much!

Nothing, we had really an amazing time

We stayed in the unit for 2 weeks and it was a great experience! The owners are always happy to help and the unit was clean and cozy. There is a very good AC which is important in Sry Lanka and there is a small grocery store right across the street so you can get water and basic foods without carrying it. Overall it was great value for money and we highly recommend it!!

I loved this accomodation right away. The house is completely new, I was the first guest and it was really wonderful. I have tried many stays in Sri Lanka and this was definitely the best. During my stay I had a little accident and could not walk and the guys from Ru took care of me. They were very kind. The house is located in a very quiet place, in front there is a small store in case of need. In 5min you are in the center of Weligama, great location. I highly recommend this accomodation.

I would only point out that the Wifi is a little slow in this area. But the owners are taking care of it. I think it will be solved soon with the fiber Wifi :)
