If you don’t call the reception in advance for arrivals after 20:00, the check-in won’t be guaranteed or an extra 50.00 € will be charged for a late check-in. Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance to receive the KEY BOX code for collecting the key. In case of failure to communicate, check in won't be guaranteed. Electricity, water and gas are included. One set of bed linens and towels (bed linens and towels are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights) is included" WiFi is free and for partial use. The cleaning fee does not include the kitchenette area. Please note that city tax must be paid on site and in cash only.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
