Unica pecca nel bagno, per quanto riguarda la porta della doccia, che non era presente, sarebbe stata utile anche solo una tendina per evitare di spargere l'acqua in giro. Sarebbe utile anche un piccolo cordolo rialzato all'ingresso della doccia per evitare che esca l'acqua

La posizione, la pulizia

La freddezza dell’accoglienza (inesistente), la struttura si trova in una statale priva di supermercati o simili, per cui dopo un viaggio di ore mi aspettavo di trovare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo… siamo andate avanti comprando acqua a gardaland, immaginate a quale prezzo… il box doccia è aperto lateralmente, per cui il bagno si allarga puntualmente ad ogni doccia… complessivamente una buona soluzione per chi deve visitare gardaland.

Struttura nuova con tutte le comodità. A brevissima distanza da Gardaland. Comodità del parcheggio interno. Posizione tranquilla. Appartamento completamente climatizzato edotato di wifi. Buono rapporto qualita-prezzo.

The location is excellent for visiting Gardaland (only about 200 to 300 meters away). For four people staying one or two nights, the apartment is optimal – we were four, and the size and space were just right. We stayed for five days (four nights), which turned out not to be the best decision. The apartment is new and nicely furnished – though it lacks a washing machine. You can prepare simple meals in the apartment (kitchenware is provided). Air conditioning units are in all rooms and work perfectly. Sound insulation is also very good – traffic on the nearby road is heavy and noisy, but thanks to the excellent insulation, it’s not disturbing. Great parking option (right next to the apartment, behind the closed gate). Behind the building (which houses four apartments), there is a beautifully maintained lawn. Next to it, there is also a small herb garden. Everything is well cared for and nicely maintained. Top system for entering the premises (with codes - worked perfectly). All in all, it was a pleasant experience – the kids enjoyed Gardaland, and the rest of us explored the entire Lake Garda region from this location (Sirmione, Limone, Malcesine, Monte Baldo, Rocca di Garda, lake cruising, Safari Park and Zoo…).

The apartments are listed as suitable for six people, but they only have two bedrooms (three beds in each room). This setup works well for friends or families with small children; otherwise, it can quickly feel too crowded. There is also only one bathroom available. There is no pedestrian crossing near the apartments, so caution is needed when crossing the road. Getting onto the main road by car can also be challenging during rush hours. Only one roll of toilet paper is provided, and one set of towels per person (which is not replaced even for a five-day stay), unless you pay an extra €28 per person per set. You also receive only one dishwasher tablet. So if you’re planning a longer stay, bring these items with you ;-) Be aware of the hot water – in the morning, there was no hot water available (likely due to the solar heating system). When we reported the issue, they responded promptly.

Top location. Very close to Gardaland. Very very clean.
