Lovely location in the village. So well thought out for a small retreat and great facilities. Cosy, warm, peaceful, with a lovely garden backing onto The Viking Way with paddock views beyond. Really friendly, helpful host, just a brilliant break!

No tin opener 😉 That’s it!

Quiet relaxing retreat. Expectionally clean and beautifully presented. Lovely finishing touches especially the Viking themes. Helpful friendly host. Highly recommended and would stay again

"Most wonderful stay"

Absolutely wonderful place! Just my style, everything you could need, friendly host, milk in the fridge, tea & coffee and shortbread biscuits. Warm and cosy, excellent shower, comfy bed, and lovely outdoors area. Local pub served lovely food. Will visit again, for longer than the single night. Only thing I would say is that it could do with a shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc on rather than having to put them on the floor.

"Great and cosy"

The host was very good as he came in and detailed everything we needed as soon as we arrived. He also helped us save money for next time by telling us to take their business card and book direct in future.
