Τα πάντα! Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και επικοινωνία με τον διαχειριστή. Είχαμε ο,τι χρειαζόμαστε στο διαμέρισμα. Εξαιρετική διακόσμηση, άριστα υλικά στην ανακαίνιση. Εξαιρετική ηχομόνωση. Ακόμα και όταν τα μαγαζιά της περιοχής λειτουργούσαν, δεν ακουγόταν ο παραμικρός θόρυβος όταν τα αλουμίνια ήταν κλειστά. Καλή περιοχή, όχι τόσο ήσυχη αλλά με αυτή την ηχομόνωση δε σε απασχολεί.

Δε βρίσκεις πάντα πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή. Δεν έχει ασανσέρ. Μηδαμινά όμως με βάση το τι σου προσφέρει το διαμέρισμα.

the host was amazing! gave all the info we requested, answered really fast via whap to all messages, gave very good info for restaurant, bakery, parking. etc. overall the property and host exceeded all my expectations! the place is very nice, comfy beds, very clean, has everything that you need..just amazing!

We had a fantastic stay at Palaia Luxury Suite and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The apartment itself was beautifully presented, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to everything while still feeling quiet and relaxed. What really made our stay special was the incredible hospitality of our host, who was always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. We also absolutely loved exploring the surrounding area—Volos is a gem! We left with wonderful memories and would return in a heartbeat.

Apartman je na zaista dobroj lokaciji. Sve sto vam je potrebno je tu, fenomenalna pekara na 50m, restorani i kafici ispred zgrade. Parking uvek mozete naci u obliznjim ulicama ili u ulici u kojoj ste smesteni. Apartman je u potpunosti opremljen. Imate ceo stan na raspolaganju koji je i nov i cist. I ogromnu terasu. Sve je novo. Mi smo porodicno isli tako da smo imali sobu za nas odvojenu - bracni krevet, ormar, lampe, ogledalo,tv, nocni stocici i klimu, kao i terasu. U dnevnoj sobi je spavala cerka na sofi na razvlacenje koja i nije bas udobna. I to je jedina zamerka, to bi trebalo promeniti. Kuhinja sa sankom je u sklopu dnevne sobe, imate frizider, aparat za kafu, posudje, sve lepo i cisto.Klimu, tv, izlazsk na terasu. Sve je zaista savrseno. Domacin je na usluzi svakog trenutka i vrlo je odgovoran prema gostima. Sve vam.lepo objasni, i zaista ga svakog jutra interesuje da li je sve proteklo u najboljem redu, da li nam treba pomoc. Daje preporuke sta obici u Volosu, na koje plaze mozemo otici, koje znamenitosti posetiti, gde je dobra hrana, itd. Domaćin je zaista potpuno predan gostima i to sa postovanjem, nikako nije naporan ili dosadan. Sve je zaista bilo u najboljem redu. Preporuka za sve da izaberu ovaj apartman za odmor.

It was so pleasant to contact the host - with suggestions for visiting places, with warm attitude! The property was so clean and furnished with a very good taste! The details was designed in a good level of quality! For our small family it was really nice! I would visit again!

We had a great stay in Volos! The location of the apartment is perfect—close to bakeries, restaurants, and everything you might need. The apartment itself is fully equipped, comfortable, and very clean. The owner was incredibly friendly and supportive. We had an issue with our car, and thanks to the owner and his helpful friend, we were able to fix the problem and continue our trip. We truly enjoyed our time in this lovely apartment and warmly recommend it to anyone traveling to Volos or exploring this beautiful part of Greece.
