Location was very good in centre of town, room itself was very nice, clean and spacious. (Pictures do not lie) Plenty of room for motorbike gear.

Very difficult to know where to check in as no signage - eventually found it in restaurant after asking around. B&B at rear of pizza restaurant but owner took you through to back. Check in was also 1-2 thankfully restaurant open at that time but noticed it was closed in the afternoon so would never hace found it otherwise. No water or drink facilities in room. No hairdryer. Breakfast at a Cafe 100mtrs away but just pastry and hot drink or juice to value of €5 which was a shame and not made clear on booking.com On street parking for motorcycle on street nearby so not secure. Was very noisy on sat night in town centre till 2am!

We were not informed that we would have to go elsewhere for breakfast. It would have been nice to know that beforehand. The location is excellent and the room and bathroom are very clean.

The room is on the first floor and has to be reached via an outdoor winding metal staircase which is densely covered by overgrown foliage. This is an accident waiting to happen as the steps are difficult to see at nighttime due to inadequate lighting. It was made even worse by the fact that we had heavy rain while we were there and so had to be very careful not slip. Finally, the bed frame is for a double mattress but contained two single mattresses which are too short for the frame.
