The place was like described and it was easy to collect the key from the lockbox.

We did have to wash the dishes and empty the bin before checking out. There was a water leak in the bathroom that the owner blamed on us and also asked us to pay extra. The property owner asked us to pay an extra £135 for an hour late check out and £235 for oily hands marks on the wall that we did not do.

Nice and quiet and good location

Bed was small. It was too noisy and dark

All the facilities needed, spacious room, near the underground station, close to shops, quiet.

Weird heating, couldn't turn on/off, TV doesn't turn.

We chose this property because of its convenient location—just a 4-minute drive from our relative’s house, where we were celebrating Christmas. The property exceeded our expectations! Although compact, it had everything we needed: pots and pans, a washing machine, a microwave, and a comfortable living space. It’s also close to Oakwood Station, making travel easy. We would definitely stay here again whenever we visit our relative.

Great place to stay. Very confortabile in a cool quarter. Host helpful and friendly.
