- Ubicación excelente, en el centro pero sin ruido. - habitaciones modernas y espaciosas - wifi ok - calidad precio muy bien

- habia demasiadas hormigas en nuestra habitacion - el aire acondicionado iba bastante flojo, costaba que se enfriara la habitacion - demasiado rato de espera para el desayuno

Большой номер, уютный балкон, по утрам часто приходят обезьяны. Завтраки разнообразные, в том числе местный. Очень хороший хозяин. Горячая вода была каждый день. До пляжа 10 минут пешком. Тихо, ничего не мешает спать. Кондиционер работает тихо. Нам всё понравилось.

親切なオーナーさんで部屋はとても清潔できれいでした。エアコンもよく効いてます。オーナーさんが作ってくれたフレッシュジュースがとてもおいしかったです。色々お話もできて楽しかったです。ビーチまでは歩いて5分ぐらいです。

Gorgeous room, spacious and very clean. Air conditioning and fan kept the room comfortable. We planned a 2 night stay, but we enjoyed our time so much we extended another night. We were also served breakfast each morning, which is something offered only when the season is slower as the host has time to offer cooked breakfast. Malay, the young man who works here is fantastic and accommodating. Very kind and was never without a smile. Highly recommend if you want to be in the heart of Unawatuna. Not to mention we spotted some Monkeys on our last morning which was a brilliant site. Thank you!

The owner is very kind, helping and honest. Room is very nice with modern touch. Location is very convenient. Breakfast is so delicious. I extended stay as it was good. Thank you!

(It’s not dislike point, just mentioning) At first a bit difficult to find the map. Better to search “Villa Unawatuna” on google map, not “New Villa”
