La proximité de la mer, du joli port et de quelques bars pour le café du matin ainsi que de quelques restaurants. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire Le confort de la literie

L'appartement a très peu de lumière du jour, seule une porte fenêtre se trouve dans la cuisine L'immeuble a l'avantage d'avoir une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge ainsi que fer a repasser mais pour qui est sensible aux bruits on entend le ronronnement des machines dans l'appartement Le parking non payant est à 10 minutes de marche, toutefois le propriétaire laisse la possibilité de poser la voiture dans un emplacement proche de la porte d'entrée lors de l'arrivée et du départ pour les valises
