Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Though it was a Superior room, it had only very basic facilities. Soon after I arrive at the hotel, I was told and taken into a Standard room saying that I booked a Standard room but not a Superior room. Luckily, I was carrying a print-out of the reservation and have to present it to the lady to offer me the Superior room that I actually booked. The room had stained bed sheets. Unclean bathroom with a stained sink and a low flow shower. No bins either in the bedroom or the bathroom. Aircon existed just for name sake and it blew like a fan though it was running at 16 degrees. It took about 6Hrs to cool down the room in the evening time and during the day with hot whether outside, the room started heating-up again. Though they advertised airport pickups for a cost, it took 1.5Hrs and 10 phone calls for the hotel shuttle to come pickup me from the airport. No basic bathroom supplies - only provided 3 small soap bars. No shampoo and No conditioner. Only supplied me with 1 dirty looking towel which was not white anymore. Very basic breakfast - if it is not a buffet, I would expect at least couple of Eggs/Omelette's. I stayed in another hotel in Kuta where it was an Indonesian buffet breakfast and I was offered freshly made fluffy Omelette as per my needs.

Okay for a night stay - no more than that

The Breakfast was average, the bare minimum egg, toast and some fruits, the overall garden was good and the pool was a nice addition, and finally the staff was helpful.

There's a lot not to like here, the furniture was old and decrepit, everyday we were visited by cockroaches, ants and lizards the whole lot, there were no latches on the bathroom door and the bathroom amenities were old and not fixed properly and the fridge was also dirty, Overall cleanliness is a big issue here.

The breakfast and the swimming pool were just awesome hehehe! Very well located! Price was super good! And the staff were super kind !!!

In the first day, we felt a bit of mold in the room. Which was giving allergies to my friend. And they gave us another one. 🫶🏼 The staff were super helpful and kind!

Room.was not very clean but it's something you can expect for money value.
