Apartment city view

Apartment was great, well furnished and equipment. Great view from the balcony. Close to the bus station (6 mins), Lidl and other shoes nearby. Coffee places nearby.

The airco is not sufficient for the entire appartment, during the night it was 33 degrees in the bedroom. We had to sleep on the kitchen floor near the airco where it was 27 degrees, somewhat manageable. I've contacted the owner to address this issue and he called us stupid and we should shut up. The bathroom is old, dangerous and disgusting. 250 euro's for one night stolen from us, ANYWHERE else is better than staying with these criminals. Unimaginable that this place has such good reviews and is allowed on Booking, doesn't add up.

The location of the property is good, all the necessary infrastructure is nearby. All the main attractions of Zadar are within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The disadvantage of this property is that it is located on the 11th floor. The advantage is that it is on the 11th floor. Comparing, it still seems that there are more advantages.

Perfect location. 300 meters from Zadar main bus station. Comfy beds, super market nearby, English tv channels, fully equipped kitchen, easy check in & out, amazing view from 11th floor balcony, Constant response from owner.

Nice location near the bus station and stores. Few minutes walk to the beach and old town. Beautiful view from the balcony. The owner was very nice and communication was perfect. Despite our negative remarks, we had a great time. All in all, you get what you pay for.

If you plan on cooking your own food be aware there's not a lot of pots and pans, so you'll have to improvise and cook everything in one. We made it work. There was a lot of dust around the place, we left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived. You might find the bed a bit uncomfortable. If you're not bothered too much by this, we recommend the place. We enjoyed our stay regardless.
