La posizione è buona per visitare Sigirya e fare un safari per vedere gli elefanti.

Comportamento inaccettabile da parte della struttura. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti compresa la notte di capodanno. Appena arrivati al checkin ci hanno fatto pagare il party di capodanno per 35€ a persona. Durante la cena, pessima, ci hanno portato una bottiglia di vino. Al checkout hanno preteso 35,32 € per questa bottiglia. Nessuno ci aveva detto che le bevande non erano incluse. Quando qualcosa non è incluso nel prezzo, deve essere chiaramente detto e magari va firmata una ricevuta. Un furto il prezzo del vino. Consiglio di stare lontani da questo hotel.

Super staff! Very friendly and helpful, thank you for taking care of us, we loved you and the stay! The resort is also beautiful surrounded by a lot of nature, animals and has a calm vibe. Well done to all ♥️

The employees. They were lovely and a lot of young hotel students. The employees make it work for Sundara.

We were given a family room on the ground floor, but the room had a strong moldy smell, and the bathroom floor became very wet after each shower, making it uncomfortable and unsafe. My 90-year-old father has limited mobility, and the property is not designed to accommodate guests with walking difficulties. As a result, he was confined to either the room or the breakfast area, which was very disappointing. After one night, we decided to cancel the second night. While the local management initially seemed understanding and willing to help, they later blamed their head office in Colombo and Booking.com. In the correspondence, we discovered that the local management advised the head office not to refund us and to deny the cancellation. This felt very untrustworthy and not customer-oriented, especially when the room quality was poor and accessibility needs were ignored. We will follow up again because this experience does not reflect good service or accountability.

Considerando gli standard locali, la struttura era pulita ed in ordine. Il personale estremamente gentile ed a disposizione per ogni necessità. Ottima la colazione e siamo finiti per cenare due sere in struttura vista l’accoglienza ed il bel ambiente

In generale la struttura in alcuni punti potrebbe essere rinnovata
