Very spacious and nice breakfast

Two male staff in the evening shift didn't give me the room that I booked because they claimed I didn't pay the rate that they asked for the suite room.. I properly booked the suite with the booking.com discount, but they didn't believe me, so they gave me a room that was one grade lower than the suite, and I had to fight to get what I paid for.. in contrast, two female staff in the morning shift were nice. They should simply follow the reservation details and not cause any issue...
