Rooms were clean, cleaner was really good.

The air conditioning was not working, also no fridge in the room I queried these several times was told will be fixed also fridge will be provided, no fridge provided also air con not fixed, but Reception staff quiet rude, Also restaurant in poor state no plates and cups

Pas de climatisation, pas de wifi, pas de serviettes à notre arrivée il va falloir attendre plus de 3 heures pour les avoir j’allais plusieurs pour les chercher

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles , le petit déjeuner était médiocre , il y avait beaucoup de bruit les oreillers étaient très haut et pas confortable tv ne fonctionnait pas , on a passé une nuit blanche il fesait très chaud et sans climatisation
