"Best Relaxing Place for anyone who travel Colombo"

Place is situage in the suburbs of Colombo but in a totally different hilly area with trees.. Nice and calm environment.. Rooms are also nice and worthy

I attempted to contact the property owner at 9:30 PM to inform her of my arrival, but received no response via phone or WhatsApp until 10:00 PM. When she finally replied, I was informed that there was no room available and was told to find alternative accommodation elsewhere. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I faced significant difficulties finding a suitable place to stay that night, which caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience.

"Disappointing Experience – No One Showed Up"

We had pre-booked this property expecting a smooth and welcoming check-in. However, upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed to find that no one was there to receive us. We tried calling multiple times, knocked on the door several times — but received no response whatsoever. After waiting for quite a while with no assistance or communication, we had no choice but to leave. It was frustrating and completely unprofessional. This experience ruined part of our trip and left us scrambling for alternative accommodation. Would not recommend unless the management seriously improves their responsiveness and reliability.
