The rooms looked like the pictures- modern style. A/C and ventilation were good. No bugs/mosquitos in the rooms. They had a generator for times when the power was off. Quite area and Close to the beach Overall good place to stay compared to other homes stays and standards in Sri Lanka.
It could be more clean ( mirror/floors weren’t spotless) The outside it’s not like in pictures- pool and outdoor area is from the hotel in front which is closed. The building is going through construction in the top floor so sometimes you can hear noice from that. A bit far from the main area but 20 min walk/tuk tuk is fine.

There were ants in the room and made uncomfortable our stay. Parking not on site . Certain important facilities like hot water not working and poor quality toilet accessory provided . Toilet basin is brown in color.
