We discovered on arrival that both booked rooms were upstairs despite no prior indication, forcing us to pay extra for a downstairs room as my mother cannot use stairs; the uneven steps with exposed wires felt unsafe. The downstairs room had cockroaches, no chair and a non-functional TV, while the upstairs room had a dead insect in the window seal and neither TV is smart. One bathroom door would not close properly, and housekeeping took until mid-afternoon to finish despite low occupancy. The pool was cloudy, bedside lamps were too bright and ceiling lights misaligned and nowhere to hang towels, making the overall stay not nice
