"Exceptional"

The lady at the reception is so kind and welcoming. It was home away from home. The place is clean. Breakfast was more than I expected, compared to the price. Could try to be a bit faster though. I really enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 16.

Please attend to the lights in other rooms. Pay attention to the pool.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was totally value for money, fairly clean rooms. Hot water available throughout the day. Beautiful all round.

Very few channels on the tv. Had a roach crawl out of the shower drain. Pool was very dirty.

The location.

The sheets and duvet cover were torn apart. The WiFi wasn’t working. TV had 10 channels. The room had 1 chair for a couple. The curtain didn’t have lace. The toilet had a bad smell. The basin was cracked. We had 2 old towels.

"I don't know what to say about Nikita I don't have words to cough out cause we are very happy."

On our arrival, staff members of Nikita welcomed us with a very high standard.we were feeling like vip. Everything was clean staff were nice as well. Thanks Nikita.

There's nothing we don't like .everything was on point.
