Sinai Bungalow & Hotel SaPa

The actual bungalow was so peaceful. Just chilling and sleeping at the bungalow is the most relaxed I've been in 6 months of travelling. Absolutely beautiful. The women who runs the place is also very very helpful. It is a bit far out but you can get a grab into SaPA for like 80p GBP.

Nos tocó el bungalow 10 que a pesar de que es el más lejos de todo (nos ofrecieron cambiar a uno más próximo), nos gustó mucho por cómo es. La decoración y la naturaleza que lo rodea es muy de cuento. La cama es muy cómoda.

No estaba limpio. Ni los techos del bungalow ni el suelo de la ducha. No incluye el desayuno a pesar de ser bastante caro. Está lejos del centro.

La personne à l'accueil ne fait aucun effort pour nous comprendre ou même communiquer, il passe sa journée sur Tiktok. Ne parle pas anglais, communication uniquement par Google Traduction. Nous avons demandé plusieurs fois un reçu pour la nuit mais impossible de l'obtenir, soit leur ordinateur ne marchait pas, soit ils ne comprenaient pas ce qu'on voulait. Le petit déjeuner commandé en supplément était immangeable, les pancakes avaient un goût acide et m'ont rendu malade. Il y avait une baignoire dans la chambre mais impossible de la remplir, il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude au bout de 5min (suffisant pour une douche). L'emplacement est assez excentré, il faut systématiquement un taxi pour aller en ville (~15min). Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, son personnel n'est pas à la hauteur du prix.

We absolutely loved our bungalow! Super comfortable and with a beautiful view. Also the stuff were very nice and the homemade food was delicious. We decided to do a laundry and it was done very well for a good price. We would definitely recommend to stay there for a few nights, especially if slowing down and relaxation is the goal. Something to keep in mind - the homestay is a bit outside of Sa Pa but easily reachable by Grab.

The food was a bit expensive. We ordered a massage and we were very disappointed - the ladies were on their phones, talking to each other all the time and the general service was very unprofessional. It was however external service rented by the homestay and after pointing it out we received a discount.

Lots of stairs and I felt sorry for the young boy who was tasked with carrying my heavy suitcase up and down all of them but very grateful for it too! 🥴😳

Nos tocó una habitación y la cama era durísima ( como dormir encima de una tabla) y estaba todo muy descuidado y aspecto sucio. Era muy caro para 35 euros que pagamos sin desayuno. Quizá los bungalows estén mejor. La comida, sin más.
