Sinai Bungalow & Hotel SaPa

Amazing location, and bungalows along the cliff sides between the trees are incredibile. The staff is very helpful in bringing the luggage up and down the stairs, especially when the floor is wet. The price is also not bad. Bathrooms are also brand new and very good.

We ordered a standard bungalow, but ended up with a round bed, which I didn't want, the bed was also of velvet which is never the most hygienic option. Lastly the general cleanliness of the room was not great, stains on the bed and pillows, and dust in many places.

I loved Ruth and her hospitality. We were well looked after during our time in Sapa..

Peaceful place, immersed in nature. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the host speaks great English. Hot pot is very flavourful and generous. The room was clean and very well designed.

The staff were so friendly and the rooms were mint! Everything was so clean and the views were great!

In totale contrasto con la città di sapa, questo angolo immerso nella natura è di una tranquillità rigenerante. Bungalow molto belli e puliti, Panorama meraviglioso nonostante il brutto tempo

Colazione (uova, salsiccia, 2 fette di cetriolo e 2 di pomodoro) può migliorare, non cattiva ma mi aspettavo di più soprattutto per le quantità. Zuppa ottima

Le bungalow était vraiment beau, il y a la Clim, douche, baignoire avec une belle vue.
