The management is dubious
ZAThe location is superb and the immediate area is very safe. The staff were also responsive especially the lady at her reception, Precious. She is exemplary and even the manager took prompt action when the heater in my room malfunctioned.
The bed in the deluxe room is small, hotels generally have stopped providing such narrow beds. Also, the whe idea of providing only a tiny satchet of Nescafe for the much advertised free breakfast seems ridiculous. If you must provide free breakfast, then do it well.
