"Beds aren’t comfortable, AC takes all night to get to get merely cold."

Clean rooms. Good location in the center of everything. Security on property. Elevators available. Quiet location. 25 mins from beach, not bad IMO some may want to be closer. Very clean I must admit.

AC takes all night to get cold. They’ve disconnected from the normal hotel AC and added a thermostat on the wall, it’s on AUTO. I woke up in night sweats two nights in a row. Their beds I would not rate comfy at all very small for two average sized adults. Rooms are tight fit.
