Trinity Apartments Stratford Upon Avon

This is a newly refurbished set of apartments, and everything is very clean & new. The decor is very smart, and the kitchen facilities are ideal for self-catering. The location is excellent, and, for central Stratford, this offers very good value for money. If they can iron out teething / communication issues, this could be a good and convenient option.

There were no written instructions or welcome information, TV wasn't set up (it seemed like it had never been turned on), smoke detectors still had factory covers on them, shower water pressure was abysmal / non-existent. The fridge didn't close at first and wouldn't stay cold. It took us a day to realise that the inside shelf had been put in the wrong way around, preventing the door closing properly. The front access gate was randomly padlocked one night, preventing my family accessing their unit. These seem like teething issues that can hopefully be rectified. Communication could be better. They use their own messaging system which creates an individual email chain for every message you send (with all replies sent anonymously from 'Guest Communications'). When things aren't quite right, this can end up involving numerous two-email chains. Recommend requesting a contact phone number, so you can call them directly (especially to confirm have special requests, eg for use of sofa bed). The person I eventually spoke with was very helpful.

Very modern, perfect location if you don't drive, tucked away from all the hustle and bustle.

Bringing a child makes it quite difficult to relax as you don't want to cause any damage incase of the large deposit not being returned to you.

Lovely accommodation and great location

The shower had very low hot water pressure. Hooks on doors to hang towels would be useful.

Good location & clean.

The property was clearly new, as plastic bags were still on the Smoke detector alarms. The proerty was not well stocked with general items. We didn't appreciate the access to the bedroom was by a small spiral staircase - very difficult taking luggae up. And the bathroom was very small - and situated back downstairs! The checking in process was a nightmare, an email was supposed to have been sent 24 hours prior to our arrival with details on providing a £250 damage waiver fee before we were allowed to enter. All very distressing to have to arrange on the doorstep with all the familiy after a long journey.

Clean, and beautiful decor and fittings.

No loo roll, no instructions for tv, cooker and oven. Unable to have tv on as was a smart tv which we were not familiar with. No fire instructions is needed. Gate was locked on Sunday no note in property to give code to get in if this happened and had to climb over wall. No slip mat in shower!
