No puedo puntuarlo. Nos hubiera gustado disfrutarlo.

Escribo este comentario solo para expresar mí insatisfacción con el personal del hotel. Les escribimos unos días antes diciendo que teníamos un problema en la escala en Tailandia y que no íbamos a poder llegar a tiempo a la reserva. Entendemos que era no reembolsable, pero queríamos preguntar por la posibilidad de que nos ofrecieran otras fechas posteriores (porque les avisamos además con antelación). Ni nos contestaron a los mensajes. Cuando llegó el día de la reserva nos dijeron que no era su problema que no pudiéramos llegar, que solo nos guardarían los días que habíamos reservado (cuando le explicamos claramente que eso iba a ser imposible y que lo podíamos justificar). Seguimos esperando respuesta al último mensaje. Creo que podrían ser más amables con el trato al cliente. El resto de alojamientos de las Gili no nos pusieron problema a pesar de que también eran no reembolsables (porque nos pasó con muchas reservas al no poder entrar al país a tiempo) y han sido todos encantadores.

Das freundliche Personal und die Lage

I took 2 bungalows, one was normal and the one was horrible. You can see my photos. The ceiling has destroyed some of my things, during heavy rain the ceiling has the impression that will collapse the water penetrates the ceiling and enters the interior of the bungalow. There were several problems in the bungalows, the power cuts.... Despite several calls and message sent no one changed us of bungalow the staff was there only to do the bare minimum I don’t recommend this place

Very simple bungalow in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from the main port. It's a nice private set up where you can hire bikes and snorkeling gear. Delicious morning banana pancakes. The staff are friendly and very proactive when offering to help.

There is no reception area so when I arrived I had to wait for an hour before someone came out to check me in as they were not responding to phone calls. Not a major issue, but perhaps communicate your precise arrival time to not make the same mistake I did. The Aircon in my room was leaking lots of water so I had it off most of the time. However I was moved into a second room near the end of my stay and this one did not have the same issue.
