Good for low budget families, nothing at all in the apartment, cold in winter times. No TV

It was centrally located with ample parking.

The apartment was very basic, only 2 towels supplied, walls of bathroom had blood on them, bathroom sink wasn't attached to the wall, shower curtain mouldy, leaking bath, beds rock hard and bedding not clean. Dining chairs wobbly. Noisy all night all walls paper thin. No air con. Had a balcony which faced onto the back which was horrible and run down Groups of men smoking weed stood outside day and night. Not great and would not recommend.

1. Booking says complimentary airport pick up, but when I enquired about this, there was an additional cost! We did not use the service. 2. Card machine not working on arrival so forced to pay cash, which at check-in we didn't have any. Thankfully, they let us check-in and leave 1 passport with them. So after check-in, we had to go and find an ATM to pay for the room!! 3. Lift only fits 3-4 people, and there is only one, which didn't always come when called - we were on floor 9, so we used the stairs every time! 4. Cat poo and urine on the stairs. 5. WiFi didn't work, and there was a broken cable on the WiFi box! 6. Garden view is onto a wasteland next door to the property. 7. Air con only in lounge not in bedrooms, so in the middle of summer the bedrooms are very hot and not comfortable for sleeping even with all the windows and doors open. 8. The door on one of the balconies doesn't close or lock. Thankfully, we were on floor 9, so not a security issue. 9. No shower gel or handsoap - when booking shows, there is meant to be some! 10. Booked for 8 people and only given 4 towels! 11. Booked for 8 people, which included 2 sofa beds in the lounge area, and no bedding was provided for the sofa beds. 12. Showers flood as water doesn't drain away quickly enough. 13. Shower curtians broken and half wrapped off. 14. Vanities/sink hanging off wall in both bathrooms and sinks very loose on top of vanities. 15. When we arrived, the freezer wasn't frozen and had lots of congealed water at the bottom. 16. Pillows are super lumpy with knots in the pillow to keep the stuffing in 17. Dining table and chairs rather rickety. 18. Sofa arm was very loose/broken off when we arrived. 19. There is not enough cutlery for 8 people. 20. No washing up liquid to wash dishes. 21. Sheets stained. 22. No bin in the whole apartment! 23. Messaged on WhatsApp to organise check-in, and had one generic response and then heard nothing back!

I don’t recommend at all was really eamty no towels The refrigerator was noisy we couldn’t sleep

The price is very high for an ordinary apartment.

Quite clean and very well located.Staff was very helpful. I really recommend for a cheap but comfortable stay near the center of Tangier. My mum is in a wheelchair and the property was super accessible.
