Good option for short stay in a small town like Dong Van. The owner was helpful and very friendly. The room is compact but the highlight is the heater which is perfect for rainy cold weather.

It was a very clean and tidy property and very welcoming family. The bed was the most comfortable that I have had in a whole month of homestays. However it was so noisy!! It sounded like windows or glass was being dropped and smashed from about 5am. It echoes thru the entire building. There was external noise from Construction but the smashing noises and loud taking were coming from the foyer. This really was disappointing. Everyone needs a good sleep up here doing the Ha Giang Loop and last night was really frustrating.

The AC not working and the shower not working well, no power and very uncomfortable

A good size, clean room with a huge balcony with mountain views overlooking the paddy fields. The owner was very helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Room : Big bed, comfortable, clean CR : clean, huge bathroom! There is hot shower so it’s perfect after a long day of adventuring. There is also a dryer and a rooftop with a good view of the Karst we here you can dry your clothes. The owner and his family is very kind and always smiling. Thank you so much for welcoming me at your home! The property is around 1km from the old town but it perfectly works for me since I like walking after eating at the market 😁
