Spacious

Basically there was only a queen size bed, than there were sofa beds which were extremely uncomfortable and hard. It was dirty, the apartment had evident signs of not having been cleaned after the previous guests (even the trash bag was full) and dirty bed sheets. The kitchen had very few supplies: no microwave/oven; only 2 mugs; 3 small pans, see photos

The location was good.

It wasn’t very clean and the bed felt like just a crate with a thin foam mattress on top. The shower wouldn’t drain as the drain was blocked and we only had hot water at certain hours in the day. The key was tricky to open the front door. And the power went out when we tried to use the stove.

Silence, tranquility. The perfect place for an idyllic vacation.

everything was fine, the hosts are great and helpful. You have secure parking, lovely garden, great also for exploring the nearby cities. Pistoia is also a great location for visiting the old city

Mother's bed was a bit hard to get on and off for a person over 80.

A lot of amenities and room. Very nice garden. Ample parking space. The host is very amicable.

The bed could be more comfortable.

In the bedroom the sheets were dirty with a strong smell of sweat, we find a decent one in the wardrobe, but overall the cleaning was awful. The coffe machine is broke. You have to climb in the aparment, the stairs are very very abruptly. It was freezing cold and when we call to start the radiator the man felt attacked.+no snuff near bed Worst stay in Italy, we are not pretentious. A clean and warm bed is enough, this stay didnt had any. Be careful!!!
