Találkoztunk néhány csótánnyal ami nem igazán utal a tisztaságra! Csak 1 törülközőt kaptunk és az sem volt a legjobb állapotban. A falak nagyon vékonyak voltak!

Windows are not windows. Windows are like vents that cannot be closed so there will be noise from street traffic if your room faces the Main Street. Towels we were provided with had brown stains. Only one towel provided even though room booked for two people so needed to ask reception for another towel.

Dirty place, very old bathroom, dirty towel, all place is full of spider webs, the door has holes, worse hotel I have seen in Yucatan!!!!

The location was good (a short walk to the main square) and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

For the price, we expected the room to be nicer - it needs to be redecorated. The internet didn't work well and the toilet seat would fall into the toilet when sat on! Although it included AC, it still felt warm at night.
