Maybe some mattress toppers to made beds a little softer and more comfortable

Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Super kontakt. Mieszkanie w centrum co umożliwiają szybkie przemieszczanie sie po mieście. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i nowoczesne. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Na powitanie czekało ciasto, sok i wino. Polecam to mieszkanie.

Very easy communication with the host. She arrived promptly to hand us the keys and give us a warm welcome to Madeira!

Am frühen Abend etwas laut, aber nicht störend

NIGDY nie spotkałam tak pomocnej, przyjaznej gospodyni! Jenny super przygotowała mieszkanie na nasz przyjazd (łącznie ze smakołykami oraz kolorowankami dla dzieci, a także z wydrukowanymi podpowiedziami w kilku językach, gdzie zjeść, zrobić zakupy etc.). Mieszkanie jest przestronne, bardzo czyste, z doskonale wyposażoną kuchnią (łącznie z blenderem, ekspresem na kapsułki, tosterem, opiekaczem). Jest nawet wyposażona apteczka, gaśnica, numery alarmowe, tabletki do prania i płyn do płukania.... No wszystko, co może być potrzebne w czasie dłuższego pobytu. Na dole jest bar, który tętni życiem w nocy i słychać go (tylko przy otwartych oknach), ale ja uwielbiam takie dźwięki miasta :) Czuliśmy się w mieszkaniu jak w domu i chętnie wrócimy do niego. Bardzo, bardzo dziękujemy!

The noise on the street. One of Funchal's best bar is just next door. They serve tastefull poncha's, but if you are sensitive to noise, think twice. This is why I gave it a 9, otherwise it was a clear 10

When we arrived in Madeira, Jenny met us at the accommodation and was such a warm and great welcome there. We also arrived to an assortment of treats, fruit and a big bottle of Brisa (passion fruit flavoured cool-drink made in Madeira). The location of the apartment in central Funchal made exploring the city incredibly easy. There really is so much to see, do and of course eat & drink while visiting Madeira

As many other reviewers have noted, the only small downside is the next door Poncha bar. It can get quite noisey especially in the evenings. Thankfully the windows and aircon in the apartment helped reduce the noise.

wonderful central location, close to everything and bars/restaurants. Really clean apartment, with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. Jenny was the most lovely and thoughtful host, and went out of her way to help us with restaurant recommendations and travel plans when asked. Nothing was too much trouble.

There was some noise from the bars nearby, but didn't bother us, but something to consider if you want complete silence.
