La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel . La vue globale du lieu . Très bon petit déjeuner .

L’isolation de notre chambre était très mauvaise, on entendait tous les bruits des chambres au-dessus et à coté . Dans notre chambre, le carrelage (abîmé / apparance sale) est a refaire .

L’hôtel est petit mais charmant et le personnel sympathique

La chambre! Escalier absolument dangereux c’est une échelle, nous avons en vain demandé un changement de chambre. La climatisation est insuffisante ds l’après midi il fait beaucoup beaucoup trop chaud. La chambre quadruple donne sur la piscine et le restaurant impossible de dormir avant 23h et réveil 7 h avec la sono. Vraiment pas un souvenir agréable dommage car le personnel est sympathique

diner très agréable

Concernant notre chambre, l'accès à l'étage par un escalier étroit aux lits nécessite une certaine forme physique et agilité sachant qu'il n'y a vraiment pas d'espace pour y laisser les valises en bas. Pour le petit déjeuner, il y a eu des informations discordantes entre l'équipe du soir et celle du matin; horaire d'ouverture et fiches renseignées la veille lors du diner non prises en compte par l'équipe du matin.
