Loud music past midnight ( no not a band playing but the owner or manager) No fan or ac so was hot at night.

The pub onsite was handy to relax with a drink & the staff were helpful & friendly. Was a good stop while passing through the town.

The state of the rooms/facilities were probably a little average but matched the low price paid for the night. No worse than some backpackers + did not have to share a room.

Room filthy, bedding not changed, pillow was like cloths in a bag, sheets too hot for summer, bed wobbly with saggy mattress, bathroom and toilets disgusting, no wifi instructions given, no insulation between rooms, I was locked in in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and there was a guy living in my hallway who was very social and helpful when I was looking for something.

Pretty much everything else. It seems like a good deal, your own room for little money, but there's a reason for that. When entering the room I immediately noticed how dirty the sheets and pillow cases were. Even the carpet on the floor was completely full of stains. Also the mirror had a lot of filthy brown smudge on it. The window had a big hole in it. There was a crack in the door through which people could peak inside if they wanted to. Now comes the worse part. In the hallway where my room was, there were also living a bunch of drug addicts. The first thing I saw when I came out of the room was a person smoking a crack pipe. Every once in a while (day and night) this person ran outside to smoke again, the entire hallway and my room were smelling like this stuff. Throughout the entire night there were people wandering through the hallways, alone, talking to themselves and randomly starting to laugh or cry or scream or banging against the wall. It felt very unsafe. I was honestly considering just leaving and seeing if I could find another hostel or even just sleeping in my car. Every second I was in my room I locked and barricaded the door and left as soon as possible in the morning. I'm very happy I didn't book more nights as I first intended to.
