Casa Smeralda Olbia

Super polite and responsive host. Washing machine and dryer available. Easy check in and check out process with clear instructions. Access to public transports was great as there are both busses and the main train station next to the property. Super easy to walk to the city center, just 5mins away. Spacious bathroom and double bedroom. Supermarket available just around the corner.

The second room with the 2 single beds is quite tiny and better for 2 kids. The location was great for public transport connections but not the nicest across the city. The flat is on the ground floor and we had some bugs we had to deal with.

Easy to understand check in pin codes and access. Owner is very nice to help out every time.

The smell in the kitchen was terrible - there must have been a dead rat somewhere. The cleaners should have smelt it. It was terrible. The 2nd bedroom was for children. The mattress was very soft & squeaky. I felt sorry for the poor sheepdog in the adjoining property. It was left alone. I hope Casa Smeralda can do something about it.

Location 10, apartment recently renovated, quiet and very well furnished, recommended for all those who want to make a stay in Olbia in total relaxation with friends or family.

There are no wine glasses and cork screw! In Italy?!

Enjoyed our stay , the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The flat have been redecorated. Easy access to Olbia center, beaches and airport.The owner is helpful and accommodating.
