Die Drinks in den Bars für das Geld waren sehr mittelmäßig

Very nice spot overall - facilities are very good, all new and built with good taste; the food is very good and varied; the staff is very friendly and helpful, across all sectors of the hotel (restaurant/beach/kite) For kiters: it’s right on the lagoon, with great facilities on the beach, great equipment and fun instructors. We sadly got 0 wind in our week, but we were just unlucky

The place had a few relevant issues: -communication: we needed to make a change to our booking ahead of our stay, and it was VERY HARD to get in touch with anyone. No response on booking.com, no response to emails, no response on phone number. When we eventually got in touch with someone, it still was impossible to reach the “reservations” team. -music: there is constant music across the hotel, and in sunset hours it gets loud and techno. It was just way too loud every day, and despite our requests to turn it down, there was no change -don’t take the room close to reception: we slept there one night, and there was a lot of noise during the night
