House was perfect, would not recommend for people with little babies as the pool is accessible from all rooms and is deep. Perfect for us and the water was cold x

Communication could have been better from hosts. Clearer instructions upon arrival.

"Fortement à déconseiller."

Pas grande. Tout est expliqué ci-dessous.

Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits dans cette villa à Pattaya en avril 2025. L’annonce indiquait 5 chambres, mais à l’arrivée, il n’y en avait que 3 (dont deux communes). Inacceptable pour un groupe de 5 personnes. Tous les matins dès 07h30, nous avons été réveillés par des travaux extrêmement bruyants dans la maison voisine : coups de marteau, disqueuse, musique. J’ai immédiatement alerté le manager, en lui envoyant des enregistrements audio. Il m’a répondu qu’il allait voir avec les ouvriers… mais rien n’a changé pendant tout le séjour. Plusieurs jours de pluie ont également révélé des fuites dans la toiture, certains lits ont été mouillés. Et malgré tout cela, aucun geste commercial ne nous a été proposé. Même le paiement de l’électricité (720 bahts) a été exigé jusqu’au dernier centime. J’ai demandé un remboursement partiel vu les nombreux désagréments. Le manager a refusé catégoriquement. Aucun sens du service client, aucune empathie. Je déconseille fortement cette villa. Si j’avais su, je n’aurais jamais réservé ici pour passer mes vacances.

"Great stay for family with clean summing pool."

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The host was extremely helpful and always available if we needed anything. The villa comes with a BBQ and coal provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to cook or enjoy a BBQ by the pool. The swimming pool was very well maintained. Overall, a great experience — we’ll definitely be booking again!

Aircon was broken. Gas stove was broken. They said it was normal to have power outage when it rains. Horrible.
